Recommended Dose (Adults):

1 tea bag (1.5g) 1 to 3 times per day, by infusion. Infuse 1 tea bag in 150ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.

 

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each tea bag contains 300mg root of Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh); 300mg fruit of Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste berry); 600mg flower of Matricaria chamomilla (German Chamomile).

 

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

Cinnamon, Apple, Cranberry, flower of Hibiscus (sabdariffa), Orange peel.

 

Duration of use:

Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

 

Cautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; if you suffer from joint pain; prior to use if you are breastfeeding; if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.

 

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are pregnant or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
